.
Based in the Changing your Mind  Video :
  1) What is brain plasticity?

In general terms it said an expose that one of the most fascinating of modern neuroscience advances realization it is the brain circuitry could be modifiable by significantly experience. And modification continuing with the environment interaction.
As the Changing your Mind Video says: "Neural plasticity is what allows us "how to learn" to make changes in our environment

 2) Which are the functions of the Brain plasticity?

  •       Learning and memory,
  •       Crucial for recovery from brain damage and disease
  • Responsible for age-related cognitive decline , making new interconections, replacing old neurons for make an especific activity or reaction in the humam behavior.

    Synapse and Neuronal Communication

It also talks about "Nerve cells"  that communicate with one another through specialized structures called "Junctional Synapses".  and it is when a nerve cell is activated, or "fires," and certain chemicals are released neurotransmitters know as  at the "pre-synaptic" side of the synapse and diffuse across the junction to act at the "post-synaptic" cell.

In  conclusion: My opinion about this video it is that it shows a clear vision of how nowadays  it is more clear  the understanding of our actions, taking the examples of the video of the variations of our brain plasticity and how it influences our actions, vision, life style, when a person has an  obsessive-compulsive disorder  and how the person accept and deal with it as the example of the people that talks in the video telling their history life and how they deal with their disorder showing us how influent could be the psychology .Now psychology it is more open and it has more boom to the understanding of behavior as psychic beings with great as Sigmond Freud define Emotional "Libido" . So, through time Neuropsychology  has  allowed us to develop an understanding the behavior to improve how a person can learn and assimilate certain behaviors to obtain a more positive attitude life dealing with certain distortions or conditions at the neuronal level known as conduct disorder or personality as the video mentioned and also in other behaviors aspects in people . And with advances, therapies, studies of contemporary neuropsychology and the entire psychological environment it is possible to modify or adapt circumstances that determine an individual" .My opinion it is brain can be modifiable to adapt it to the circumstances improving a better attitude or vision in lifestyle of each personality. We must understand that our biological basis is what determined us as biopsychosocial beings, with this I mean that psychology it is the study of human behavior for understanding the complex behavior and comprehensiveness and its wonderful variation depending on each individual's unique personality. Neuronal plasticity is a real and complex world of each individual and here it is the importance  because it determine our human behaviors and it could be change understanding our behaviors origin and environment in all human behavior aspects.
